Welcome to Alco-Call, Medway's new late night alcohol delivery service, which launches on the 9th of August.

We operate a fully licensed service which allows us to deliver alcohol to your front door AFTER the pubs and clubs have closed! All we ask is that you order a minimum of £15 pounds worth of alcohol/cigarettes etc and we will deliver for free!!

Our delivery service stretches all around Medway including Strood, Frindsbury, Rochester, Gillingham, Chatham, Walderslade, Boxley, Rainham, and more. If you live a bit further out it may be worth giving us a call. If we're not too busy, we may be able to help you out! It's worth a go..

Price of calls: Alco-Call Norwich operates on a mobile phone, so expect to be charged your usual rate for dialling a mobile phone. Alco-Call Medway is an 0844 number which is ‘Lo-Call’ rate. This will be the same as dialling a landline number from your landline but will be considerably more expensive on a mobile phone, varying depending on your provider.

There are no delivery charges, however we only deliver for orders over £15.

Please also note that due to licensing restrictions:
  • We will not serve you alcohol if you appear to be drunk
  • If you appear to be under 25 years old we will only serve you if you can prove you are over 18 by showing:
    • Passport
    • Driving licence
    • Citizen Card
    • Vaildate Card
    • Portman Card
  • We cannot make a delivery without a name, full postal address and contact telephone number
  • All deliveries must be collected from the Van
 Your Rights:
As you will have ordered your delivery over the telephone you will have entered into a ‘distance contract’. This means that you have up to 7 working days to cancel the contract after the day the delivery has been made. To do this, please email or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for the cancellation, but a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. However, if you drink the alcohol or soft drinks delivered, you lose the right to cancel your contract. This does not affect your legal rights. If there is a problem with your goods, please contact us and we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
